Company Policies
๐ Work Hours & Schedule โพ
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees must check in within 15 minutes of their shift start. Consistent late arrivals may lead to disciplinary action. Remote work must be pre-approved by your manager.
๐ Leave Policy โพ
Annual leave requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance. Medical leave requires a doctor's certificate for absences exceeding 2 consecutive days. Leaves cannot be carried forward beyond the calendar year without manager approval.
๐ Code of Conduct โพ
All employees must maintain professional behaviour in the workplace. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited. Confidential company information must not be shared externally. Dress code is business casual.
๐ Equipment & IT Usage โพ
Company equipment is for official use only. Personal browsing should be limited. Software must only be installed with IT approval. Report any hardware/software issues immediately to the IT department.
๐ Performance Reviews โพ
Performance reviews are conducted quarterly. Goals are set at the beginning of each quarter in collaboration with your manager. Ratings directly affect bonuses and promotion decisions.
HR Rules & Guidelines
โ๏ธ Leave Entitlement โพ
Annual Leave: 14 days per year. Medical Leave: 7 days per year (requires certificate after 2 days). Sick Leave: 10 days per year. Short Leave: Max 2 hours per occurrence, max 6 times per month. Compensatory Leave: Granted for working on holidays.
โ๏ธ Attendance Rules โพ
3 consecutive unauthorized absences may result in disciplinary action. More than 5 late arrivals per month will be noted in your performance record. Consistent full attendance earns a monthly punctuality bonus.
โ๏ธ Overtime Policy โพ
Overtime must be pre-approved by your department head. Overtime pay is 1.5x regular hourly rate for weekdays, 2x for weekends and public holidays. Compensatory time off may be offered in lieu of overtime pay.
โ๏ธ Probation Period โพ
New employees undergo a 3-month probation period. During probation, notice period is 1 week. After probation, the standard notice period of 1 month applies. Performance is reviewed at the end of probation.
โ๏ธ Grievance Procedure โพ
Employees can raise grievances through the Complaints & Feedback section. All complaints are treated confidentially. HR will acknowledge within 2 working days. Resolution target is within 10 working days.
